Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth booking experience, we now require a credit card on file when scheduling an appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. A 50% fee will apply for no-call/no-show appointments, but the first rescheduled appointment within 24 hours will be waived. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to restrictions on online booking, requiring future appointments to be scheduled by phone with a deposit. Thanks for your understanding.
