CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, we please ask that you do so before 24 hours of your appointment time. If you are a no call/no show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the booked services. For a reschedule under 24 hours you will be charged 30% of the service booked.

Failing to show up for an appointment or frequent cancellations, you may be removed from being able to make an appointment with our online booking system and will need to call the salon to make a deposit.
