Appointment Policy
During the booking of any service, the system automatically sends text messages and emails at various intervals. The booking confirmation email includes a link to our policy page. To confirm an appointment, a valid credit card must be on file. Appointments without a valid credit card will not be confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, we please ask that you do so before 24 hours of your appointment time. If you are a no call/no show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the booked services. For a reschedule under 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service booked.
Failing to show up for an appointment or frequent cancellations, you may be removed from being able to make an appointment with our online booking system and will need to call the salon to make a deposit.

Hair & color adjustment policy
At Blend Salon + Skincare, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we welcome the opportunity to make it right.
Any service concerns must be reported and an adjustment appointment scheduled within 72 hours of your original service date. Adjustments requested after 72 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be treated as a new, chargeable service.
Any attempts to alter the service at home or through another salon will immediately void eligibility for an adjustment.
For color services, if excessive fading is reported, clients must be using the professional, stylist-recommended home care products provided or advised by Blend Salon + Skincare. We cannot guarantee color longevity or offer adjustments when proper at-home maintenance is not followed. This policy is especially applicable to fashion, vivid, and tonal color services.
Adjustments required due to improper maintenance or external factors will be charged as a new service.
Refunds are not provided for completed services and are issued only at the sole discretion of salon management.
